I wish I had more time for photography. Got an apartment all to myself just outside of Cookeville. Its back in the woods and I'm the only one here except for when my landlord drops by his office upstairs. Between the 18 semester hours of upper division history courses and working, photography takes a back seat at times. Hoping to make up for that after next semester when I'm graduated and out of here. Next semester is going to be far worse. Modern England, WWII and the Cold War, History of China, and senior thesis are the ones I remember off the top of my head. I got permission to go over the usual semester hours since I've upped the bar this semester grade wise from the usual 0% and discovered an entire freakin' island that holds a tad bit of historical significance; in the sense that modern naval combat made leaps and bounds all over it(Island number 10 on the Mississippi. I found that shit.)

Finally done with my summer job. Got a week or two to myself before school starts back. Touring the state in anticipation of a Tennessee history course I'm taking. Me and a friend are visiting every county, and documenting ourselves via photographs at the counties courthouse or some other obvious landmark. We've already knocked out 22 out of 95. Plan on doubling that next weekend with one large, two day sweep though west Tennessee. These trips, combined with my trips to various surrounding states on the new motorcycle are making for some interesting adventures.

So, I've gone pro. I've been shooting weddings. I refuse to post any of it on here, because I secretly don't like wedding photography at all, but I've done two so far, and have 3 lined up. That, along with a full time summer job at FedEx makes doing photography for fun difficult. I have, however, purchased a brand new mother f-ing Honda Rebel, which takes my gas mileage from 8 to 80 mpg. Bit of a shift. If you live within 980 miles of my house, wave as I pass by.

Also, I should maybe be posting on here more often, potentially. Going into my senior year, and after that I'll be teaching middle school, so I'll have more free time. But, I'm pursuing a pilots license as well, so who knows. Its been a busy summer.
